That's all there is. But man, one flight of stairs is almost enough to send me into cardiac arrest.
I moved to a new cubicle in my office and it is infinitely more convenient to take the one flight of stairs up to my desk (as opposed to the 4 flights at my previous desk) than to go to the elevator. But I seriously can't make it. I walk up those stairs, huffing and puffing all the way, and my heart rate doesn't get back down to resting levels until about noon.
I often have to sit and take a breather at the top of the stairs at my house. Is that pathetic?
And I think I can do an Ironman in 75 days? I can't get up one flight of stairs without passing out and I think I can swim, bike and run for a minimum of 15 hours?
This does not bode well my friends. This does not bode well.
