On Rocky: 94 miles - 6 hours 12 minutes
In my Asics: 20.7 miles - 3 hours 29 minutes
On the bosu ball: 2 hours
Total Mileage - 115.32 miles - 10 hours and 1 minute
Gotta love a recovery week!!
I will say this though...for the first time since we've begun training, it is becoming a reality. I can do this!!
Next week is PrairieMan 70.3, so I will be taking it easy this week to taper...my only goal for this race is to leave it all out there. I'm not great at pushing myself and my limits, but I'm working on it and I know that if I can jst leave everything on the race course, I will rock it.
